Megan Rivera
Megan started where every Royal Legacy agent starts: on the phones. She built her name as a top producer, effectuating more than $120,000 in personal production in a single month, before she ever led a team. Today she runs one of the top-producing teams across Eterna's programs, and she has developed some of the top-producing agents in the company.
Royal Legacy builds people at every stage: brand-new agents, experienced agents, leaders, and the leaders coming up next. Megan coaches the same way she produced: a daily one-on-one, a standard everyone hits, and a room that celebrates every policy.

The average Royal Legacy agent effectuates about $29K a month, which already puts them in bonus range. Royal Legacy teaches you how to earn while you climb to the top tiers. Eterna's Producer Bonus Program pays a monthly cash bonus on your effectuated annual premium. Your three-month persistency decides how much of it you collect.

Questions
Before you apply
Do I need a license to apply?
No. Unlicensed applicants are welcome. Eterna's free pre-licensing course gets you ready for the exam, and Spark agents start with ten state licenses.
Is Spark full-time?
Yes. Spark is a full-time, in-office role: 36 hours a week on the floor taking inbound calls.
Can I work remotely?
Yes. Our home office is in Orlando, Florida, and Royal Legacy also has remote agents nationwide. Spark itself is an in-office program, so tell us where you are when you apply and we'll match you to the right path.
Can I hold contracts with another agency?
No. Eterna agents are exclusive to Eterna, so an active contract with another IMO or agency makes you ineligible.
Where do I have to live?
Spark is not open to residents of New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut or California.
How do I move up a stage?
Production and persistency. Megan and Eterna's leadership approve each move, and the goal is to reach Spark X by month six.
